You cannot have accepted another transfer within APS this year to be eligible for transfer within 2025-2026

Thank you for considering admission to Coyote Willow Family School! Coyote Willow no longer uses an in-house process for admission. To enter your student into the lottery tumble for admission, all new families must both (1) apply for a transfer via APS ParentVue and (2) attend an in-person informational meeting.

Lottery Tumble:
- In order to be in the lottery tumble, you must apply for a transfer through APS ParentVue.
- Transfers for upcoming 2025-26 will remain open through July 31 2025.
- APS makes offers for transfers monthly as spots become available.
Admissions for the 2026 - 27 School Year
The Admissions process at Coyote Willow Family School is a multi-step process:
- Update: We are transitioning to APS's new transfer system. We will post instructions on how to apply as soon as the transition is complete. In the meantime, please complete this interest form for updates.
- Attendance at a Coyote Willow informational meeting is mandatory for your transfer request to be complete. You'll be the first to be invited if you complete our interest form.
- Transfer requests for the 2026-27 school year open in October 2025.
