Annual Family School Traditions

Our major community events (all long-standing Family School traditions) include the following, and many of them will be integrated into Coyote Willow's program over the coming years:

Fall Learning Fair

A fun, themed school-wide event to include all families, including games and activities held in our courtyard area. Typically in September or October, and always themed around a learning topic.

Used Book Sale

Our “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” school fundraiser, where we resell books for all ages, along with DVDs, games, and educational toys.

Art and Poetry Night

Our beautiful “Open House” evening celebrates weeks-long work in the classrooms. Teachers and parent volunteers transform classrooms into art galleries displaying amazing student talent. Fundraising is accomplished through art/poetry auctions and baked goods/hot beverage sales. Is additionally a fundraiser for Roadrunner Food Bank.

Spring Learning Fair and Auction

A spring social and fundraising event, which usually includes a silent and live auction. Typically in April or May, and always themed around a learning topic.
